Overview
The task was to differentiate Kinetic from other boiler & chiller guys in an industry dominated by "lowest bidder" mentality.
Instead of a run-down of Kinetic’s engineering capabilities, the brochure describes the benefits in terms familiar to the audience of large property owners.
Instead of listing boilers and chiller installations, the brochure highlighted the improvements in operating margins and asset valuations that will result from well-engineered energy conservation.
The value proposition and positioning was distilled into a simple tagline: "Energy. It's the bottom line."
About the design - boilers, generators and pipes are not very photogenic, especially when the shot with a phone. I set the photos within a circular pattern that reflects the shapes, motion and energy of the mechanical equipment.
The brochure was part of the comprehensive marketing project.
